At Flash Photo Booth, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to delivering high-quality, instant photo prints and a smooth user experience. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.


1. Refund Policy

Flash Photo Booth provides instant, customized photo services. Due to the personalized nature of our offering, we maintain the following refund policy:

Non-Refundable Services:
Once a photo is captured, customized, and printed, the service is considered complete and non-refundable. Personalized photo products cannot be returned or refunded after printing.

Refunds for Defective Prints:
If you receive a print that is damaged, blurry, or has visible print errors, you may request a free reprint. If a reprint is not possible, we may offer a refund.

To request a reprint or refund, contact our support team immediately or speak to our on-site representative. If possible, include a photo of the defective print to support your request.

Incorrect Charges:
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate your transaction and process a refund if any error is found.


2. Cancellation Policy

Because our services are instant, cancellations are limited to specific situations:

Before a Photo is Taken:
If you choose to cancel before the photo session starts, you may do so at no cost. Once the session begins—including selecting templates or previewing photos—cancellation is no longer possible.

After a Photo is Taken:
After capturing and confirming your photo, the print process begins immediately. At this point, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.


3. Changes to Customization

Before confirming your print, you’ll have a chance to preview your photo, change filters, templates, or text. Once you confirm and printing starts, no further edits or changes can be made. The transaction becomes final.

5. Exceptions for Special Bookings

If you have pre-booked our photo booth for a private event or special function, cancellation and refund terms will follow the custom agreement made during booking. Please refer to your agreement for more information.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected here and will take effect immediately.
