Welcome to Flash Photo Booth. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our photo booth services, including instant photo printing and digital photo delivery. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Use of Services
Eligibility: By using our photo booth, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or interacting with our kiosk, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions in full.
Service Availability: Our services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and are generally available during mall or location operating hours. We reserve the right to pause, delay, or close services for maintenance or due to technical issues.
2. Photo Capture and Customization
Photo Content: Users are fully responsible for the content of the photos they take. Inappropriate, illegal, explicit, or offensive content is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service if such content is detected.
Customization: Users may add text, filters, borders, and frames to their photos. Please review and confirm your customizations before printing, as changes cannot be made afterward.
Live Preview: A preview will be shown before the photo is finalized. Once confirmed, the image cannot be altered or cancelled.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: All payments must be made upfront using accepted methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, or mobile wallets. Cash payments may be accepted at selected locations.
Pricing: Prices are displayed at the booth and may change without prior notice. Pricing includes applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
No Deferred Payments: All transactions are to be completed before receiving photo prints or digital copies. No delayed or post-paid services are provided.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For information on refunds, cancellations, and reprints, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are only applicable in cases such as defective prints or incorrect charges, as specified in that policy.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We may collect basic contact details like email or phone number when delivering digital photos. We do not use or share this data beyond its intended purpose unless explicit consent is given.
Photo Storage: Photos are stored temporarily for processing and delivery purposes and are deleted shortly thereafter unless the user requests otherwise.
Security: While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no digital transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure. By using our services, you agree to accept these inherent risks.
6. User Conduct
Responsible Use: Please use our equipment respectfully. Any tampering, damage, or misuse may result in termination of your session and liability for damages.
Inappropriate Content: Attempts to capture or distribute offensive, explicit, or illegal content will result in immediate refusal of service.
Liability: Users are solely responsible for the content of the images they capture. We are not responsible for the misuse of any photo taken using our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Service Interruptions: We strive for consistent performance, but we are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical problems or maintenance.
Print Quality: Minor variations in color or print sharpness may occur and are not considered defects.
Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to photos once they are printed and delivered.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Photos: Users retain full ownership of the photos they capture. We process and print them but do not claim rights to your images.
Use of Photos: Users must not use the images for illegal, defamatory, or commercial purposes without permission from all involved individuals.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted at our kiosks and/or online. Your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
